This half-term the language in focus is Korean! Korean is the official language of South Korea, and it is also spoken in the Korean communities of numerous countries around the world. It is estimated that in total around 80 million people speak Korean as a first language, 10-25 million as a second language, and 75–100 million as a foreign language.
