Japanese is the most widely spoken language in Japan and is separated into a large number of dialects. Did you know that Japanese is spoken by 122 million people as their first language and by over 1 million people as their second language in Japan? The number of Japanese speakers worldwide is estimated at close to 123 million people!

Japanese Proverbs

Proverbs have been around since as far back as men could speak; more so when humans learned to write and read. A proverb is a saying that is repeated often and is characterised as being concrete, simple, and known to many to be true.
